Terms and conditions

1. Provider and contact

The provider is Mgr. Marek Oliva, business ID 74498100, registered address U Hadovky 598/26, Dejvice, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, a self-employed individual operating under the Trade Licensing Act. The project name is KOLEM BĚHU.

2. Orders and formation of the contract

The website presents services and helps prepare an email enquiry. Downloading a PDF, entering text on the site or preparing a message does not create an order, reservation or entitlement to a service. The customer sends the message using their email application.

Following an enquiry, the customer receives a specific email offer stating the service content, final price, payment method and due date, the service date or how it will be agreed, and these terms. The contract is formed when the customer expressly accepts that offer by email and the provider receives the acceptance. Both parties retain the agreement by email.

The contract may be made in Czech or English. Details can be corrected and questions asked before accepting the offer. The provider sends the confirmation and terms by email; the website has no customer account or public order register.

3. Prices, payment and scope of services

A personal session costs 990 CZK and lasts at least 60 minutes. An initial consultation costs 1,490 CZK and lasts 90 minutes. Running technique analysis with video recording and a digital report costs 900 CZK.

Monthly packages cost: START 1,490 CZK, INDIVIDUAL COACHING 2,990 CZK and PREMIUM 1:1 5,490 CZK. Included services are stated in the current price list and confirmed offer. Training is prepared 14 days ahead. A package covers one month from the agreed start; each further month is agreed separately, with no automatic renewal or automatic charges.

Prices are in CZK and are final for the confirmed scope. No additional cost is charged without the customer’s prior express agreement. Payment details and the due date are included in the confirmed offer; payment is not processed through this website. A valid voucher code is issued after payment has been received.

Lactate testing follows the Vital Praha price list. Its price, availability, contractual testing provider and applicable terms are confirmed separately before ordering. This website does not automatically confirm a third-party testing appointment.

4. Gift vouchers: 6-month validity

A voucher is valid for 6 calendar months from purchase. For this purpose, the purchase date is the day the provider receives payment. The purchase date, unique code and specific expiry date are stated when the voucher is issued and in the confirmation email.

The voucher must be redeemed and the service started no later than its expiry date. A date is agreed in advance by email or telephone, subject to availability. A monthly package lasts one month from the confirmed start, which must fall within the voucher’s validity. Please contact the provider early enough to arrange a suitable date.

A downloaded design without issuance and a confirmed code is not a valid voucher. The voucher may be gifted to another person before the service starts; each code can only be used for the agreed scope. Copies do not create additional entitlements.

A service-specific voucher entitles its holder to the confirmed scope without a supplement due to a later price increase. A different service or an extension requires prior agreement. Vouchers are not ordinarily exchanged for cash; this does not limit refund rights arising from withdrawal, a valid complaint or the provider’s inability to perform.

After expiry, a voucher cannot be redeemed unless an extension is agreed in writing. If the provider cannot offer a date or provide the service during its validity, an extension or refund of the unused service price is offered. The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Dates and delivery of coaching

A date and place are binding only after mutual confirmation. Please report a change or cancellation as early as possible; an alternative is agreed individually. These terms do not impose an automatic cancellation charge. If the provider cannot perform, an alternative date or refund for the undelivered part is offered.

Coaching is sports guidance, not healthcare. Participants choose exertion appropriate to their abilities and consult a doctor if unsure about fitness to exercise. This does not limit the provider’s statutory liability. A particular performance result is not guaranteed.

6. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Sending the withdrawal within the period is sufficient. For orders under these terms, the provider also grants this option where a statutory exception for a specific sports date might otherwise apply.

Withdrawal can be sent to marekoliva@gmail.com or the provider’s postal address. Using the sample below is optional. Include enough information to identify the contract and a contact for confirmation; no identity document is required.

To start a service within the 14-day period, the consumer must expressly request it. The provider explains in advance that withdrawal after starting may require payment of a proportionate amount for services actually supplied. The right of withdrawal ends after full performance only with prior express consent to starting and acknowledgement of the loss of that right. Consent is neither automatic nor preselected.

Sending the PDF voucher is not full performance of the coaching service and does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Following valid withdrawal, the provider refunds payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal using the same payment method unless another cost-free method is agreed, subject to any lawful proportionate charge for services already supplied. The refunded voucher code is invalidated.

Complete the sample and send it by email or post. Copying or downloading on this site does not submit a withdrawal.

7. Complaints

Report a defect or a discrepancy with the confirmed order to marekoliva@gmail.com or in writing to the provider’s address. Describe the service, issue, date and requested remedy. The provider confirms receipt and the content of the complaint.

The provider resolves a consumer complaint and informs the consumer within 30 days of its submission unless a longer period is expressly agreed. A written outcome, including reasons for any rejection, is supplied. Statutory remedies for defective performance, including an appropriate price reduction or withdrawal where the conditions are met, remain unaffected.

8. Disputes and personal data

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Czech law without limiting mandatory consumer protection under applicable law. Each contract is governed by the version supplied with the offer and accepted by the customer. Later website changes do not alter the agreed price, content or validity of an existing voucher.
